They have also been constantly spreading awareness about the virus and urging people to adhere to the guidelines put in place by the government in order to stop the spread of novel coronavirus. They often share photos and videos with each other on Instagram.

Anushka on Tuesday also shared the first trailer for her debut web production, the crime drama Paatal Lok, which will be released on Amazon Prime Video on May 15.

The couple recently took part in the I For India digital concert, aimed at raising funds to help healthcare workers fighting the novel coronavirus. More than Rs 52 crore was raised by the concert and celebrities thanked their fans for making it a success.

Apart from that, Kohli and his South African Royal Challengers Bangalore partner AB de Villiers have put up their gear from a 2016 IPL match up for auction to raise funds for the coronavirus relief.

They have been urging people to adhere to the guidelines put in place by the government in order to stop the spread of novel coronavirus which has infected close to 50,000 people and claimed over 1600 lives in India thus far. They had earlier donated Rs 3 crore to support the Prime Minister’s Relief Fund and Chief Minister’s (Maharashtra) Relief Fund in the ongoing battle against the coronavirus pandemic.

Indian skipper Kohli is widely hailed as the run-machine and has many records under his belt. In 86 Test matches, he had 7,240 runs studded with 27 centuries and 22 half-centuries. In 248 ODIs, he has amassed 11,867 runs with an average of 59.33.

In the shortest format of the game, he has played 82 games in which he slammed 2,794 runs at an average of 50.80 with the help of 24 fifties.

Kohli would have been in action for Royal Challengers Bangalore (RCB) had the Indian Premier League (IPL) commenced from March 29. However, the tournament has been suspended indefinitely due to the coronavirus pandemic.
